Your privacy matters — especially with health information. This policy explains what AIHealer ("we", "us") collects, why, and how we protect it.

1. Information we collect

• Account information: your name, email address, and a securely hashed version of your password.
• Consultation content: the symptom messages you type and the AI responses, so we can save your consultation history and let you revisit it.
• Technical data: basic information such as your IP address, used only for security and rate limiting (preventing abuse).

2. How we use your information

• To create and secure your account and let you sign in.
• To generate AI responses to your symptoms and save your consultation history.
• To protect the service from spam, abuse, and automated attacks.

We do not sell your data, show you ads, or share your personal information with advertisers.

3. Cookies

We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in (a secure, HttpOnly session cookie). We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

4. Data storage & security

Your data is stored on our secured server. Passwords are never stored in plain text — they are protected using industry-standard PBKDF2 hashing with per-user salting. All traffic is encrypted over HTTPS.

5. Data retention & your rights

You can delete individual consultations at any time from within the app. If you would like your entire account and all associated data permanently deleted, email us and we will process your request.

6. Children

AIHealer is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. A parent or guardian should supervise any use involving a minor.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
